Walter John Whitehead

Walter John Whitehead is Founder & Managing Partner at Hunter Baron, a Corporate Finance Advisory firm focused on partnering with Community-Based Organizations, Accelerators, etc. to help Entrepreneurs better prepare for significant Capital Market transactions e.g. Capital Raising, Sell-Side M&A, etc. 

Mr. Whitehead is also a Managing Director at Madison Street Capital, a global Investment Bank where he leads the firm's expansion strategy with its CEO, advises clients on mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Whitehead has helped establish formal working relationships between Madison Street Capital and several large Wall Street firms.

Prior to Madison Street Capital, he was Co-Founder & Managing Partner of A.J. Baron Capital, a global investment bank where he was responsible for Strategy and Operations. At Merrill Lynch Private Bank & Investment Group in Los Angeles he was on a small team of 4 strategically managing $300,000,000; at J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management he was on a small team of 3 in their Chicago-based Financial Leaders Team strategically managing $3,000,000,000. At Blackwater Capital Group, a Private Equity firm, he co-managed the strategic distribution of a $250,000,000 management buyout and venture capital fund across a multitude of industries including Business Services, Software, Defense, and Education.

Mr. Whitehead graduated from Clark Atlanta University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance & International Business. He studied at The Harvard Business School (HBS) Summer Venture in Management Program (SVMP), a competitive residential educational program designed to increase diversity and opportunity in business education. He was accepted to study in Oxford at Trinity College, one of several top-ranked medieval Oxford Colleges under the educational auspices of the Oxford Study Abroad Programme (OSAP). He also studied in Durban, South Africa at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He holds a Series 79 Investment Banking license, Series 7 General Securities license, Series 63 Securities Agent State Law license, and Series 65 Investment Advisor Law license.

Bryan Lattimore

Bryan Lattimore is an experienced entrepreneurial investor and advisor operating at the intersection of creativity, business, and social impact. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience, he has led ventures in design, innovation, investing, and philanthropy.

As CEO and Co-Founder of Marble, Bryan works with leading brands like YouTube, Google, McKinsey & Co., and Chicago Cred to drive positive change through human-centered design solutions. He also founded and serves as a General Partner at Wynne, a private equity firm focused on acquiring companies in partnership with underrepresented talent and building creator wealth.

Previously, Bryan was Chief Strategy Officer at Sky High Farm Universe and held leadership roles directing investments, grantmaking, and ecosystem development at Emerson Collective and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

Other past professional experience includes serving as a creative strategist at IPG, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and leading special innovation projects for Nike and Jordan in markets around the world.

Bryan has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri. He currently serves on the board of The Institute of Black Imagination and applies his superpowers in accelerating people and ideas, designing equitable solutions, systems thinking, and instigating transformational change.
